The theoretical particle physics and cosmology group is heavily involved in the teaching of the Quantum Physics specialization of the MSc programme in Physics. In particular the High Energy Theory and Cosmology study track fits well with the research performed in the group.

High Energy Theory and Cosmology study track 

The High Energy Theory and Cosmology study track introduces you to the most significant modern theories on what all matter is made of, how the fundamental forces of nature work, and how the universe was created. Quantum field theory and the standard model of particle physics describe our current knowledge of the smallest components in the universe. The general theory of relativity describes gravitation, black holes, gravitational waves and cosmology. Finally, it introduces modern theories on how quantum field theory and general theory of relativity can be combined.
